A former 18th century farmhouse that has been converted into two dwellings; Home Farm Lodge is the flint structure to the left and Home Farm House the rest beyond. It ceased being a farmhouse in the 1920s when much of the land to the south of the old village centre was sold for development.

Glebelands Recreation Ground (1), Ferring
A view from Rife Way with Image in the distance on the left. The land was once a field called Square House field according to Ferring's 1837 tithe map and was later marked as glebe on the 1875-76 OS map. It has been a recreation ground since the Second World War and is home to Ferring FC.
