The tower of this church is quite visible from all around, but the church itself is rather hemmed in among other development and, from very nearby, it is easily missed.

The tower has an inscription reading: "Christus Rex Annus Jubilæi MXMXXXIII" The date appears to be a misrepresentation of MCMXXXIII, 1933.

Woodland Walk, Boscombe
A pleasant tree-lined walk from Christchurch Road almost to the sea. Trees are mainly deciduous with many sweet chestnuts. This view is from where the walk crosses Beechwood Avenue; note the cast-iron pillars. The vehicles belong to tree surgeons and would not normally be there.
