Poole Road, Westbourne
On the right is the formerly splendid Grand Cinema which opened on 18th December 1922 with a production of "Anthony and Cleopatra" performed on the stage. The following day it screened its first film ""A Prince of Lovers" plus a Harold Lloyd short comedy.

Pub on Poole Road, popular with younger customers. Internally, central curving bar, with drinking and eating areas to left, right and front; TV, games machines, outdoor seating.
