Cinema
The Rex Cinema in Wareham is a wonderful independent picture house. Built in 1889 as the Odfellows Hall, it became the Empire Theatre in 1920, and has been a cinema ever since. It is now run by a charitable trust.

Historic buildings
Have a look at the roof. The bottom two rows of tiles are purbeck stone, whereas the rest are clay tiles. There are other buildings like this in Wareham, and possibly nowhere else.
