Alderney: shop on the corner of Bedford Road
This shop stands on the corner of Belben Road, serving a housing estate that is in a rather isolated position, bounded by busy roads on two sides and by Canford Heath on the others. It has recently (spring 2010) closed owing to ongoing problems with thefts and antisocial behaviour.
