Building on Burnham Avenue
There is currently no signage of any kind on or around this clearly vacant office building. Online searches show that there was (at least a few years ago) a Council mortuary on this site. So either this is the mortuary building which has been vacated by the Council, or a new one replacing it that has not yet found a tenant.

St John the Evangelist, Bierley: interior looking east
The pews were removed in a reordering about ten years ago. The church was open to celebrate 250 years since its construction, with displays of photographs, vestments and other items.
