The Star, Bingley
Smashing 'back street' local that's survived surrounding mayhem and destruction including the so called Bingley relief road. Lovely pint of Tetley's Mild with a guest beer too.

Holy Trinity church, Bingley
Viewed from Trinity Place Image The present modest building dates from 1975, and replaced a much larger church of 1868 by Norman Shaw which was demolished (with explosives) in 1974 due to the tower becoming dangerous. The old church was known for its stained glass windows by Burne-Jones, one of which is retained in the new building Image
