Mural next to Emily's Eatery, Denholme Gate
This cafe has very good reviews Unfortunately it closes at 2:30, but is said to be a good place for lunch. Their facebook page has lots of illustrations of women in a similar (American) style.

St. Paul's Church, Denholme Gate
Located on the A629 Halifax Road, some little journey south of the community it used to serve.
A Grade II Listed Building completed in 1846, it is now empty, disused and no longer plays host to a congregation.
It shows a few signs of vandalism, and awaits a change of use.
