Although not a public right of way, this track is shown on modern maps as "other path with public access" or similar. It is passable by bicycle, though a little muddy in places.

Entrance driveway to Nunwood House from NW side of Apperley Lane
Ordnance Survey documents indicate that a benchmark levelled at 93.933m above Newlyn Datum was verified in 1957 on a gatepost at the entrance which has been remodelled since.
