The Herders Inn
Referred to as the Herders Arms on my old map, on the Colne/Haworth Road. Now closed after centuries of trading, it is starting to show signs of slipping into ruination.

The Herders' Inn
Also known as the Oldham Arms, this remote pub is on the unclassified road between Haworth and Colne above The Wycoller Country Park. The Herders Inn was a lovely 300 year old pub but is currently closed and doesn't lopk likely to reopen as an pub in the near future.

The former Herders Inn, Lancashire Moor Road
The building is grade II listed (list entry 1272757) and the listing explains the name: it was originally a herder's house, possibly replacing two earlier cottages, and became an inn in 1860, although named on older maps as the Oldham Arms, reverting in later years to the Herders Inn.
There are several photos on this website of this pub after it had closed, sometime before 2005, though none when it was still open. Since the last one in 2016 Image it appears to have had several improvements including new windows, and was on the market in 2020. A public footpath crosses the car park.
