Heifer Lane Tram Depot, Colne.
Colne Corporation operated trams from this depot and when they were replaced by buses in 1926-28, the buses used the same depot. By the time of this photograph, it was no longer needed for bus operation, and was leased for other uses, but has now been demolished.

Colne Cricket Club, "The Horsfield" Keighley Road
Colne Cricket Club was formed in 1830, and is therefore the oldest club in the Lancashire League, and among the oldest in Lancashire. The first games were played on the Horsfield, the same field that is used today.
