New house, just west of Raygill Moss. The footpath signposted leads to the River Ribble, where, however, the only means of crossing to the footpath on south side is by a ford which is only useable after a long period of dry weather.

Born stubborn
Born just this morning, but he wasn’t going to walk until he’d finished his “business”. At least that shows he was talking his milk.
It was educational to see how carefully the farmer approached, standing at a distance to see how the mother reacted to his presence.
