Stone Moor Bottom from Stone Moor
Stone Moor is an unobtrusive area of higher ground than its surrounds, which gives it good views. Stone Moor Bottom is the suburb of Padiham just below it. Pendle is behind.

Cycle path following route of former railway
The route known as Padiham Greenway is on an embankment crossing Green Brook which is in a culvert. The iron figures in the public artwork by the side of the route are on top of the culvert position.

Stone Moor
An area of access land between Padiham and Hapton. It is slightly raised from the surrounding land and has good views. It is impossible to escape the sight of pylons in the Calder valley.
