Looking west on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal towards Sandygate road bridge, Bridge 130. Slater Terrace and Sandygate Mill chimney are beyond the bridge.
(This bridge is not to be confused with the modern Sandygate Bridge, which is a footbridge.)

Weaver's Triangle, Burnley
My own take. There is a nicely preserved steam engine 200 yards away in Wiseman Street. This ran until Easter 1979 and when I caught up with it the boiler was still warm to the touch (damnation).
