St Mary's Church Hall
Being around the time of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, it seems a handy coincidence that a car with such a patriotic scheme parked outside. The hall dates from 1906 and has two rooms for hire.

Silent bells
The pub shut some time ago and is now a private residence. However, the site is suspected as having much older roots as a monastic building, from possibly mediaeval times; it has been a rectory, and then an inn. Grade II listed.

A retained sign
The pub pulled its last pint a few years ago now and the building is a private residence. However, a sign has been retained for posterity.
