The moat at the Bishop's Palace, Wells
The Bishop's Palace at Wells is well-fortified, with a substantial moat. The cathedral buildings are just beyond the cedar on the lawn. The white van is parked next to the bridge through the Palace Gate (not visible) unloading equipment into the grounds of the Palace for an evening concert.
