Barwick House
Described by Pevsner (1958) as "probably Georgian, but ... given a Victorian fancy-Jacobean appearance c 1830". Since the details at http://webapp1.somerset.gov.uk/her/details.asp?prn=50354 were written, there has been restoration and conversion.

Barwick House from the Fish Tower
The buildings in the distance are those of Barwick House, a listed grade II building which fell into disrepair in the mid 20th century, and was renovated towards the end of the century. The house stands within Barwick Park, a late 18th century 'pleasure grounds'. The building to the right in the foreground is the square base of the Fish Tower, a folly on the northern edge of Barwick Park, alongside Two Towers Lane. The silhouette on the left is the trunk of a mature ornamental tree.
