This old house is part of Garston Farm on the north side of the road. A footpath runs up the side of the building, going across the fields to Rimpton.

Marston Magna:towards Marston Mill
The watermill is now a private house. It last worked as a mill in the 1920s, by which time a turbine had replaced the overshot waterwheel. It is on a tributary of the river Cam and the stream falls about 12 feet here

Dried up and grassed over
The earthworks in Marston Magna seem to be part of a moat, possibly of a manor house, and fishponds. No trace of buildings remains and the fish have long since gone. See Image] for another view.
