Street war memorial
Unusually the war memorial is in a park and a long way from the church. The backdrop is the main Street housing estate, built in the attractive light grey Mendip stone.

Graham's barber shop
This building looked slightly incongruous amongst suburban houses. The roof line has been altered at some time to accommodate Equilibrium. Although I was attracted by the name I don't intend to document barber's shops as thoroughly as those in Hull.

Park Road, Street
Developed in the early part of the 20th Century, these blocks of terraced houses are constructed of the local white lias stone and roofed in clay tiles. Typically, the attics were designed for outworkers for the Clarks shoe factory.
