Kingswood School
Independent co-educational day and boarding school founded in 1848 by John Wesley. Its first premises were in Kingswood in Bristol, before moving to its present site on Lansdown Road in 1851, on land owned by local landowner William Beckford. The main building, seen here, was designed by local architect James Wilson. Grade II listed - see http://www.historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1394431.

Kingswood School, Bath
Almost identical to Image, even down to the gloomy weather, although it's not raining here. The building went 50% over budget "with the result that the chapel ... was not built until 1920" https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1394431 . The "paired octagonal shafts to moulded stacks" are especially distinctive.
