Drug dealing associated anti-social behaviour and shop thefts in the areas in and around Julian Road.  

Response (29 Jun 2025)

Police working with Curo housing and other agencies to deal positively with this issue.
Police have worked with Curo to successfully install new gating/gated door around an open area of the second garage block on Lampards Buildings, preventing people from loitering in that area.
Daily neighbourhood police team patrols within hotspot areas.
Regular multi-agency meetings and visits with residents.
Problem solving plan has been created to deal with shop theft issue at CO-OP Julian Road. Daily NPT patrols of CO-OP.

Burglary across CS219 Beat continues to be a persistent issue.

NPT to target regular patrols in hot spot locations.

Crime prevention advice and reassurance to be given to Victims and members of the public at Beat Surgeries and Public meetings.

Collaborative visits and presentations in conjunction with Be Home Safe team in order to offer crime prevention, security advice and reassurance to hard to reach groups.
