Chinn's Court
Warminster's old-fashioned streets have plenty of these little alleyways leading into courtyards. This one is close to the Town Hall and used to have malthouses behind it. See Image] for a look at the present.

Three-storey premises of Coates and Parker at 36 Market Place. Coates and Parker have been supplying the print and stationery needs of local people, businesses and organisations in Warminster and surrounding areas for the last two centuries. At street level, the shop sells stationery, maps, newspapers, artists' materials and greetings cards. The business also has a publishing department, producing the Warminster Journal each week. This paid-for newspaper, covering the Warminster and Westbury areas, has news, sports reports and advertising. Also published are books relating mainly to this area, but also some with a wider interest.

Folded Arms
The Bath Arms, prominent in Market Place, held a final session in July this year. It was later announced that the pub, popular with the squadies from the barracks, had been bought by J.D. Wetherspoon; however, the metal shutters went up and there has not been any news about when it will reopen. The 'Bath' refers to the Marquess of Bath, who lives nearby at Longleat.
