Hmm. A rather unusual OS benchmark on Kineton Green Road
Unless it's one of the really unusual examples that were actually cut the 'wrong' way up, this is almost certainly a sign that the stone wall here has been rebuilt. This mark lies quite close to its original location and, as cut, was levelled at 125.389m above Ordnance Datum Newlyn.
