Bilhay Lane bridge, West Bromwich
Carrying Bilhay Lane across the Midland Metro tramway. The tramway is largely built along the formation of the former Great Western Railway line between Birmingham and Wolverhampton; at this point, there was a junction with a branch line towards Dudley, which passed beneath the left hand section of bridge (where the footpath that parallels the tramway through West Bromwich now goes). Beyond the bridge was Swan Village station, which had four platforms (a pair on the main line and a pair on the Dudley branch). For more information on the station, please see Image
