Kingstanding Library - Kingstanding, North Birmingham
The Library has stood here for some years, at one time having full-time staff who knew their customers by name. Now staffed by volunteers, even with the best will in the world the opening hours have had to be cut sharply. There are things that can have a price label put on them and things that can't and libraries are one of them. Time photo taken 1.59 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time).
