Colmore Row
Colmore Row is a street in the centre of Birmingham, running from Victoria Square to just beyond Snow Hill station. It is traditionally the city's most prestigious business address.
Colmore Row and its environs were designated a conservation area in 1971, which was extended twice in 1985. Colmore Row itself has 23 listed buildings, two listed at Grade I and two at Grade II.

78-79 Colmore Row
A renaissance-style house designed by Julius Chatwin at 78-79 Colmore Row. The building has been occupied by RBS (The Royal Bank of Scotland) but appears to have closed and be to let. The building is Grade II listed, see: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1075639

71-83 Colmore Row, Birmingham
Part of a run of rich Victorian commercial buildings. The nearest, nos. 79-83, has a Corinthian porch and is by J.A. Chatwin for silversmith William Spurrier, 1871-73. Grade II listed.
The buildings beyond are less opulent, and have been rebuilt behind the street elevations. Yeoville Thomason designed nos. 75-77, 1872-73, while the furthest, nos. 71-73, dates from 1873-74 (built for piano makers Rogers & Priestly). Both grade II listed.

85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham
Part of a run of rich Victorian commercial buildings. This was built as the Union Club, 1869, designed by Yeoville Thomason. Faced in Derbyshire limestone and boasting much carved detail (Image]). Grade II listed.
Now offices (mansard storeys added in 1988).
