Commemorative Plaque in Waiting Room, Birmingham (South Yardley) Driving Test Centre
This centre is statistically in the top 5 or 10 nationally for the lowest pass rate. That doesn't mean that the testing is different, but instead says something about factors such as the challenge involved in passing on local roads. As if to prove a point, my daughter was failing her test while I took the photo. Annoying as she will have to wait nearly six months for another test.

Birmingham (South Yardley) Driving Test Centre
This centre opened in 1977 and is statistically in the top 5 or 10 nationally for the lowest pass rate. That doesn't mean that the testing is different, but instead says something about factors such as the challenge involved in passing on local roads.
