Semicircular mullioned sash window to jetty and segmental-headed flush sash windows either side. Left hand side has triple-hung sash windows to ground floor and 3 box dormers. Old Church House, Welwyn
This grade II listed timber-framed building is located on Church Street just east of St Mary's Church in Welwyn village. Historic England dates it from the mid-16th century although other sources suggest it was built about a century earlier. Although originally functioning as a church hall, it has also been used as an almshouse, a school, a workhouse, a post office, a police station and is now a private residence.
