Shops on St Peter's Street, St Albans
BHS closed in August 2016 so I'm not sure what it's doing there now. The upper floor is probably used for other reasons as it's all dark downstairs as expected.

According to the District Council's website: "St Albans Market is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 9am and 4.30pm and on the second Sunday of each month between 8am and 2pm." This was St Peter's Street on a Wednesday.
