Mid Street
Mid Street is the shopping street of Keith, in spite of being narrower than both of the parallel streets. So far it has barely been invaded by the large chains, and it boasts an excellent electrical goods retailer and ironmonger, among others.

Sorting Office
No longer a full-blown Post Office, the building still houses the sorting office. It is Category B Listed and dates from 1911. Above the initials GR over the door is a small square panel with the letter M in it, thought to be the initials of the architect Duncan MacMillan. See https://portal.historicenvironment.scot/designation/LB35654 for more information.

The yard behind Image still sports Royal Mail red. Interestingly, the left-hand door bears a notice saying 'Bicycle Shed', harking back to the days of postmen on bicycles.
