Coutens Farmhouse
Boarded up and waiting its fate this house is surely doomed. The farm buildings are ruins already part of the land has been used for a school and new road the rest is due to be built on.

Coutens Chaulmer
The derelict steading of Coutens showing the chaulmer or farm workers quarters at the end of the building. To paraphrase Henderson's 51st HD Farewell to Sicily this chaulmer may be eerie but, sadly, its future is no longer bricht.

Old Meldrum railway station (site), Aberdeenshire
Opened in 1856 as the terminus of the Great North of Scotland Railway's branch line from Inverurie, this station closed to passengers in 1931 and completely in 1966. View north west across the terminus site. The former goods shed still stands. The single platform and wooden building were just behind it. The wooden building has been re-erected at Milton of Crathes on the Royal Deeside Railway.
