Old Meldrum railway station (site), Aberdeenshire
Opened in 1856 as the terminus of the Great North of Scotland Railway's branch line from Inverurie, this station closed to passengers in 1931 and completely in 1966. View north west across the terminus site. The former goods shed still stands. The single platform and wooden building were just behind it. The wooden building has been re-erected at Milton of Crathes on the Royal Deeside Railway.

Jock's Bar
Known locally as "Jock's" the Morris Hotel is the oldest licensed premises in Oldmeldrum having opened in 1673. The door shown opens directly into the old low ceilinged bar.

Morris's Hotel
Founded in 1673 Morris's Hotel is the oldest in Oldmeldrum. It is named after George Morris the "Buchan Chiel". He had married the sister of Willie Kemp, the King of the Cornkisters, the Kemp family ran the hotel. The door shown is the main hotel entrance and to the lounge.
