Pend between North High Street and Low Street
A handy short cut from one street to another. I had a modest amount of trouble getting this shot - it was bin day today and I had to shift a couple of heavy bins that were obstructing the view, and then of course shift them back again.

Lane off Low Street
A steep lane off Low Street leads up to the back of a house in High Street. The white cat originally had its back to me, but was persuaded without difficulty to turn round and pose for the camera.

Portsoy: Slogmaakane at the Portsoy Boat Festival
Slogmaakane (Greedy Seagulls) is a group of 20 male sea shanty singers from the island of Karmoy in Norway. Here they are performing on the harbour front at Portsoy during the 15th Scottish Traditional Boat Festival.
