In the Cemetery, with Back Green and Rope Works beyond
In the mid 19th century rope and twine were made in the works, the buildings previously having been used for the making of thread, "the works and bleachfield being situated in a hollow a little to the eastward of the town where there was a fine supply of water."

A long building, on the shore of Links Bay. It was once a sail making factory.
