Wellsforest
The maps don't name the farm at upper left, but the modern map names Wellsforest Cottage next door. The second edition of the six-inch Ordnance Survey map shows only a small croft there, but names the general area Wills Forest. So is it Wells or Wills?

Muirhill
The second edition of the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map names this as Nether Muir, and what is now mapped as Nether Muir was called Muirhill. Were the names really swapped over, or did the mapmakers get it wrong?
