St Ciaran's church
Kirkton of Fetteresso. The original church was consecrated in 1246AD; these ruins are mostly from the 17th Century, a building which was abandoned in 1813 when a new church was built in Stonehaven.

Duff of Fetteresso memorial
The marble memorial in the ruined kirk commemorates Robert Duff (b. 1767, d. 1834) who married his step-sister Mary Abercormby Duff. The blazon of the arms is: Vert a fesse dancetteé ermine between a buck's head cabossed in chief and two escallops in base or (for Duff) impaling Argent a chevron indented gules between three boars' heads erased azure (for Abercromby).

Fetteresso old kirk
