Speyside Way, Dufftown spur
Much of the Speyside Way follows old railway trackbeds. This railway ran to Dufftown then on to Keith. The latter section has been reopened by enthusiasts.

The Coo at the Cooperage!
Highland cattle are an additional tourist attraction at Speyside Cooperage. Behind the cows is a large grassy field above the River Fiddich and beyond again are rolling hills covered in forestry plantations.

Water-house
This water-house was built by one of Speyside Cooperage's employees in 1996.
Apparently, in 1995 there was a water shortage due to an unusually dry summer.A Water Diviner was called in and after much divining, a signal was found. Boring to a depth of 55 metres through bedrock, water was eventually found. The rate at which the water flows beneath is likened to a river the size of the Spey and runs in a north-westerly direction. The water-house stands on the spot where the boring took place.

Craigellachie from Drumfurrich
Looking towards the village from just opposite the Speyside Cooperage, which is built on the former farm of Drumfurrich. The chimney belongs to Craigellachie Distillery. Pronounce it 'Craig-ELL-a-hee' by the way, with the stress on the second syllable.
