This is the home of PACE (Purley And Coulsdon club for the Elderly). It was formerly St Mark's Mission Church, built in 1909 but not used as a church since c.1929. It is on Lansdowne Road, formerly called Ellen Avenue. The Tattenham Corner branch railway line runs behind it.
