The byway follows the course of a driveway for Wispers Wood Cottage from Titty Hill and also marks the boundary between Upper Bowley Copse to the left and Stedham Marsh to the right. Beyond the last puddle is the turning for a bridleway which heads along the southern part of Stedham Marsh to the car park on Linch Road.
