Granton United Church is an ecumenical congregation in membership of both the Methodist Church and the United Reformed Church. As far as I can tell, this site was formerly occupied by the earlier Granton Methodist Church of 1937, which was designed as a hall (the church was never built) by architect A.H. Mottram. That structure was harled and slated with a red-brick porch on the gambrel-roofed front.
