Cottingham Memorial Club (formerly Elmtree House). Pevsner says "..built by Hull draper John Hebblewhite, by the 1820s. Stone facade with Doric porch, yellow bricks to side and rear. The bay windows flanking the porch and the pedimented wings with rusticated quoins were added in the 1860s." A difficult building to photograph as a large Cypress hedge obscures the frontage.
