The locomotive was blowing off noisily as it had been held beyond the scheduled departure time. Unfortunately the large plume of steam (actually small condensed water droplets) can hardly be seen against the grey, cloudy sky. The locomotive is Bulleid Light Pacific Taw Valley rebranded as Elizabeth II for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
