Built c1820 this fine house sits off the Bangor Road between Groomsport and Bangor but is so well hidden by the trees that a good view is only possible across Ballyholme Bay from Luke's Point, where this photo was taken. Ballyholme beach is in front but the high wall there also prevents any views.
