Named after Greenwood & Bateley's Albion armament works that formerly occupied the site of this building from 1859 to 1987, and produced among other items the large testing rig for what is now the Kirkaldy Museum in London Image (source: http://www.leedsengine.info/leeds/histgbat.asp )
