32.18 acres (13.02 hectares) of land will go under the hammer on 27th February 2008. The land is classified as Grade 2 and of the Denchworth soil series being a clay soil suitable for growing winter cereals and short term grassland. The land is currently farmed in hand on an arable rotation. Guide Price - £140,000 – £160,000 Grade 2 is very good quality agricultural land, but may have minor limitations which affect crop yield, cultivations or harvesting or certain crops.
