Honley Show 1991

This annual agricultural show and family fun day will celebrate its centenary in 2021. The position for this 1991 shot is based on the location of previous shows at the recreation and cricket grounds and lined up with the Victoria Tower on Castle Hill on the horizon. The chimney on the horizon left of centre was at Newsome Mills and has been demolished. This was the only Honley Show I have attended to date.
