Built later than numbers 1-4 Camp Terrace in about 1830, this two-storey house with half-sunken basement is Grade II Listed. The complete set of road and pavement surfaces in this part of Camp Terrace is an important and intact historic survival now rare in urban areas in the region, and as such is also Grade II Listed. The architecture of the house emphasises the central 4-pannelled door, under a two-pane overlight, in a Greek Doric doorcase. It is interesting to note the differences as compared with the doorways of the four earlier houses in Camp Terrace https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6756874.
