Elmstead Woods Station is indeed surrounded by trees, with some on the station itself. At the north end of the station four tracks emerge from two tunnels and gradually converge towards the south end. The two central platforms are some distance apart here, with room for trees to grow in the middle. Flip this image horizontally and you would pretty much get what the other half of the station looks like.
