For many years the lodge at Kingston Gardens Image has been hidden behind trees. Now the trees have all been removed. The style of this "lodge" on Manchester Road suggests it was originally a turnpike house on Manchester to Sheffield road (the A57) near the boundary between Denton and Hyde.
