Opened in 1847 by the York & North Midland Railway on the line from Church Fenton to Harrogate, this station closed to passengers in 1964 and completely in 1966. It was demolished and the site became an industrial estate. View north west towards Thorpe Arch and Harrogate, from approximately where the southbound platform was located. The overall roof would have been largely over where the building across the road is now situated.
